I think you should go read the responses to the thread you just started. And I don't really think I need to say more.
Men want a lady who can handle what he needs her to in order to minimize his responsibilities, keep her mouth shut unless she needs to come to him for help to validate his leadership status every once in awhile and look damn good while doing it.
That is a good ideal for a sub, but most women aren't subs and most men aren't doms. Men come in as many different flavors as women do.

speak for yourself, there are plenty of men who would prefer the smarter women especially relationship wise. Oftentime the bombshell is just a goodlooking shell with no substance (not always).
Why as a man would I go for the really hot woman who couldnt challenge me intellectually? i'd get bored pretty quickly.

Anyway it isn't really about what I think it boils down to human nature. Men want the women with the big boobs and the hips and women want men who can provide for them.
