Girl is happy, with the occasional mild mood swings(don't we all get them) I have other friends on anti-depressants and understand they are sometimes a big help. Bigger question is she does cocaine every once in a while. This has always been a drug I would never take a chance on. She doesn't seem addicted but does occasional do it with friends. Overall she a nice good girl. Doesn't party that much. Has a good head on her shoulders. Is a girl like this trouble?
If you have determined that casual coke use isnt something acceotable to you, move on. The day will come when shes coked up around you, and you wont like it. You should stick to dating women on the same page as you. You will have no business complaining about her coke use later since you already know what you are getting.

many antidepressants kill sex drive, but I guess the blow might even that out

I wouldn't date anyone who uses illegal drugs at any time and as far as the legal medication no problem as long as they take it as it is prescribed and continue to take it, follow up with the Dr. when they are supposed to and make any medication changes as necessary.
If she really had a good head on her shoulders she would not be mixing any drugs with her legal medication.

Anti-depressants and cocaine don't mix. This girl sounds like she's not really serious about treating her depression, and she's quite obviously going against her doctor's orders.
Been there, done that, have the time wasted to prove it. If you continue to pursue, the day will come when her behavior will work your very last nerve, and you'll want no part of it. After the "in love" sizzle fizzles, to be precise.
