Picture this: This fairly young woman has facial palsy meaning her facial muscles, mostly on the left side are poor which gives her a serious look on her face as her smiles are usually small. Her lips are thin, uneven and crooked. The pupils of her eyes are sometimes different. Te woman's eyebrows are bushy and one is a bit higher than the other and the way the eyes are in sockets of her face, its different and sometimes the eyes look crosseyed. The eyelids are different too and one of them do not close all the way as she closes her eyes giving it a droopy look.

You did an eerily good job of describing that poor woman.

I think the OP's Post is utterly sad...

I hate when people are judged by their looks - considering she has Palsy..

Look at those Celebs who go out and do plastic surgery at their own doing and come out looking worse, it's not like they had to do it, you know!

This woman can't help the way she looks. I bet she has beauty in her heart, within her soul...

I know some will come here and probably make jokes...

I work with Special needs children and adults, most are MRDD and I've seen abnormalities on their faces, etc, yet I find them all beautiful.

One will get used to someones looks over time but if you marry a nasty person you will never get used to it. In other words I would never marry an unpleasant person but I would marry a pleasant person that had unpleasant looks. Same for dating.

There is a woman at the grocery store that I shop at, and she has some kind of birth defect, or something, IDK what it is, but her face looks like its pushed in just slightly, her cranial facial structure is off a bit.

She seems happy and somewhat content, at least she appears to be jovial, we can't always tell the "true" person, as we all wear masks in public.
