But......kinda weird these days that someone has to cover their homosexuality.
Unless of course it happened a long time ago......
Just sayin'.....
Not weird at all to me as in my opinion there's quite a bit of homophobia, gay hate, and such. I've known plenty of gay guys and gals that lost their family and friends once coming out of the closet and even more that know they would lose their family and friends if they ever came out.

Things have gotten better, but they're still not amazing. Especially when you consider that most people's parents are substantially older than them, and age is one of the key predictors of homophobic attitudes.
Yes. Saw it in more in school than I have in the world of work. The guys married down, looks wise, and married up, money wise. I have seen it, though it has not been common.
Yes to the amount of money needed to live in the Bay Area, LA, NY, and Boston. No doubt.
Half of that will probably go just to rent for that year. Terrible. And it won't even be a nice place...lol. Even Oakland is getting gentrified nowadays, or so I hear, as people flee the rent situation in SF. Is that true?
I've known a few guys like that. Two were high school friends of mine. Since both of the guys are the happy-go-lucky types, they don't seem to mind it.
