Being blonde as kid doesnt guarantee being a blonde adult. All the genuine european blondes I have met (mainly scandinavian, dutch, germans and some belgians), none looks remotely close to Sofia vergara, she has more latin american features, she looks like a latin american white of mainly spanish ancestry.
Blond is not an exclusive trait limited to the Norse and the Baltics; they will always be lighter 'cause they are in a northern latitude. In the Mediterranean/North Africa and Middle Eastern, Sofia is consider totally blonde. Another Latin blondie is Emilio Esteves.

emilio is blonde, more of a dirty blonde though, sofia is fake. I'm sure nobody would consider sofia a blonde, but well in arab countries and Latin America anyone without deep black hair is a blondie.

It isnt her natural hair color, she started dying it since she was quite young, same as angelina jolie, that some person was blond when she was 15 doesnt mean she is a blonde adult (anyways in the first picture she looks brown haired not blodne). After so many years of dying recovering your hair color is very hard, also she might assume she has the same color as when she was young, but its highly unlikely. I have never seen someone of mainly spanish descent with real blonde hair, let alone of latin american descent (probably mixed ancestry).
Sofia Vergara is a typical brunette latina, typical venezuelan/colombian .. many women who claim being blondes actually lie about that, like katy perry, angelina jolie, sofia vergara, etc. In fact if you look at this most women who claim being natural blondes suddenly or that feel some entlitement about being blonde ( "blondes do it better") are the fake ones.
For women lying about their hair color is as common as men lying about their heights. Sofia vergara has latina facial features, so It's highly unlikely she is telling the truth about being natural blonde.
She is just an example of natural blonde, most guys seem to lose the game detecting the natural ones, fake blondes everywhere .
