How long are you with this girlfriend? Maybe she is into something that she wants to keep to herself. What do you know about her, Her interests and beliefs?

Well, who CAN see it? If she has a closed list of followers that she screens and approves and tweets for a specific purpose, I could understand that. But if she just told YOU specifically not to follow it, I'd be sooooooo gone, dude.
I started a "Single Ladies" group for my single female friends on facebook. We vent and swap advice and organize little get-togethers. If a guy ever demanded to be allowed on that page, well, I'd laugh - and then kick his ass to the curb.

Don't sweat it. Laugh it off and just start your own various accounts and tell her they're off limits to her

She should be able to be open with you in ALL aspects, so yeah I'd be suspicious
