In any case, to play devil's advocate, let's say that this is in fact, actual footage. Any woman who responds well to crude and direct sexual advances that would get a non wheelchaired guy pepper sprayed (due to concerns of personal safety) is likely a women with some serious issues and insecurities.

A few would. If you want to play the numbers game and don't mind getting sneered at or possibly slapped by 10 self-respecting women for every one woman who falls for this approach, it can work.
