Broad generalization, but I agree this is pretty much true. Let's face it though -- this isn't about "bad" boys; it's about attractive boys. Good looking people can afford to be more flippant in regards to other people, hence the label "bad." This isn't always the case, but it often is. Girls give attractive guys quick and easy sex. As they get older, they become more interested in a stable, secure future, so they start to take an interest in guys who aren't as attractive but who treat them better. Of course they dont' jump in bed with these guys right away. They have to take awhile to work themselves up to the idea of sex with them.

I dont think attractivness has anything to do with it. Physical appearance means only so much to women, and is usually a #3 or #4 requiremet on their personal list of what they respond to in a possible mate. There are attractive and unattractive bad boys and nice guys. Its more about attraction to that individual, which is based more on bahavior rather than looks. A woman who finds a bad boy attractive, but doesnt think he is a relationship material, will usually sleep with him right away. Of course when we talk about bad boys and nice guys we are thinking of extremes, when in reality most guys fall somewhere in between on that spectrum. I do agree witht he second part of your post.
