When I got hit on yesterday, it seemed that the kid (he was around 15) thought I was much younger and that my son (whom I was with) was my brother!
I thought it was funny and, other than the inappropriate flirtation, the boys were pretty smart, likable.... Maybe a stage some teenage boys go through?... Trying to figure out older women, testing the limits... who knows?
I remember one of my guy friends in H.S. was in love with my friend's mom. He used to go on and on about her body and her long, manicured nails... I was like, What?, Mrs. Smith who drives us to the movies and bakes us cookies ...
Afterward my son was making fun of me and telling me that, although awkward at first, he got a hysterical kick out of seeing his mom put in such a weird situation! Haha...my son can be a punk sometimes.

Yes, I'm your age and my son is also 13. At the wedding, I told the kid I was too old, happily married, and his 3rd cousin, and that didn't even stop him! Raging Hormones! LOL

We were giving a big party in L.A. and a friend of mine sent her son over to drop something off to my mother's house and I went out to the car to pick the stuff up and then he starts hitting on me. I guess he didn't know who I was, so I just started laughing (it came as a shock to me) and told him that I'm his mother's friend and am the same age as her. He said, no way I thought you were younger and then he goes, well so what, we can still go out.
I told his mom and we laughed and she teased him about it. He looked embarrassed the next time I saw him.
