That will vary from man to man. If you're the type to categorize women, you will see that every type of woman still has somebody(s?) willing to marry her.
Every man is looking for something different. However, when someone thought of me this way, I believe it was because of the following qualities: I was helpful to him in his career , rather than being jealous of the idea that if he advanced, he might want someone other than me, I was financially stable, he thought I was cute and good in bed, not a **** , I got along with his family and liked animals. And I wasn't too clingy. Maybe this list is odd, maybe not , but it was also the right time for him because timing does count for a lot- just like the op's question, these guys are talking future wife and I was that at one point. (Did become this particular man's wife.) It is a questions sometimes of being "right" where previous women have been "wrong". Different areas are important to different men.
**** = women who gets around. , easy woman (I was not one)

Reason: was sensored ****
When guys talk they often say they would "wife" her or she is my future "wifey". Could someone explain what qualities a woman must have to be the "wifey type"?
When I hear guys say that, it usually means she's super hot, down to earth, can cook well, and probably either has a great personality or a great job...so a girl that is sought after by many men, but somehow they luckily got her attention.
