My knowledge of chocolate is admittedly lacking. If it's not in a protein bar, I rarely consume it.

I don't think I'm a gym rat just yet. Maybe a gym mouse. I missed it today b/c I was told it was going to hail again tonight. (Like it did last week when my poor car was in the gym parking lot.) Yes, my future g/fs and wives (hopefully just wife!) will be "tortured" and will enjoy it.
