It could mean she's just curious about where you live. Not everything that a girl says is cryptic or has some other underlying meaning. It could be she just wants to see where you live especially because it's new. Maybe she wants to have sex, or maybe she wants to know if you are good serious relationship material, or she is simply just curious about you and your choices.
If she wants sex, then you'll know when you get there. If she is scoping out serious relationship material, you can cross that bridge when you get to it...if you are not already there. But, take it at face value at this point and if you want her to see your new place, then just let her come over. Make it look nice and just expect conversation...be ready for more, but dont' expect more than conversation and a tour.

Man Im going to be honest with you, it's like a 50/50! You know women have game too. The key word is "sometime", which means she want you to pick the day she can come over, and it also means you don't have to rush to show it to her. Now if she would have said " I have to come see your new place" she would be meaning soon.

Why not ask her why she wants to see your place instead of trying to guess what she is looking for.
I'm pretty sure there have been times when I've mentioned wanting to see someone's new digs, and I didn't a e any ulterior sexual motives.
She might be into you... Or she might be curious a out where you live. Or she might just want to hang out and this was a way to suggest spending some time together.
