Um... No. It does not mean she is down for sex. It means she wants a ride. Maybe she doesn't like driving. Maybe she doesn't like parking. Maybe lots of things but I would definitely not assume she is "down for sex."
It means she wants a ride (CAR). Please do not date until your comprehension of words improve.

I have to believe it means she is down for sex, right? Obviously I have to take her home.
It has nothing to do with sex. Back in the old days, a guy would drive by his date's house and give her a ride to the date. So it means in your case, she thinks it's a date, while you're thinking it's just hanging out.
LOL... maybe she just wants you to get the DUI instead of her....... weren't you the guy a while back crowing about banging some "cougar" and extolling the virtues of older women????
