look into voluntary chemical castration. Probably going to plummet your t levels though. not going to be much of an athlete with low t, and sex desire is a product of high testosterone. quite the pickle you are in.

How much longer do you have in your MA program? Maybe you only have 1 year left to go. You can manage to discipline and focus your mind for 1 year. Take up meditation. It helps you learn to focus your attention on whatever you want, and tune out extraneous thoughts.
I've got two more years. My meditation is going to the beach.

If it's not helping you, you're not doing it right. Look up some meditation instruction videos on the internet. Practice daily. It takes time to discipline the mind and tune out wandering thoughts. But the better you become at it, the more you can apply it to your daily life, and stay focussed on your studies.

My father is more worried about his mistresses, I'm probably the last thought on his mind. Besides, I could never have such a talk with him, I would never be at ease. He's not someone you can approach.
