I'd love to believe you on this but this remind of a passage I read from an article, second page:

"...I told him, and I honestly meant it.The truth is, I wasn't attracted to him anymore. It wasn't that he'd changed-he still had the same floppy brown hair, bright green eyes, and long freckled limbs that had literally made me quiver when I first met him. But in my head, I'd neutralized him as a sexual being. I wanted to be overwhelmed by the sheer power of his masculinity in the bedroom, but I wasn't. Because I felt like the man in our relationship."

OMG! You READ and BELIEVE Marie Claire? No wonder you're so lost! The fact that you take that as authoritative is the funniest thing I've heard in ages! You sad, deluded man!

Haven't you read all the posts here and on the other short guy thread, by the short guys who say they have no trouble attracting women? It's only a problem if you make it one. The most popular short guys are usually the ones who don't even know they're short, meaning that they completely comfortable with themselves and aren't aware of any stigma that may be attached to stature.

Maybe your problem is that you just don't like women, I mean truly like them? Women gravitate towards guys who enjoy women's company, and don't harbor hidden hostility.

I do not read Marie Claire but I do believe that article. Beta male a good thing? you're the one who is deluded with that notion, and expect me to believe it. There are plenty of other sources that will prove that short guys (and beta males) are considerably disgusting to women.

I've read every post in this thread, have you read all my posts on this thread?

Marie Claire's crap is on the internet and women subscribe to it.

The most popular short guys are just friend-zoned. They make good friends and that is all. What kid of women do they attract by the way? Sexy a$$ women or fat/unattractive. If it is fat/unattractive, then don't spew these facts to short guys who would be misled into thinking they have a chance.

I love how you phrase the last sentence: you don't truly love them (for who they are, no matter how fat they are). Enjoy the company of women that love a short guy's personality but would never date him and find him sexually attractive? No thanks, they'd rather not be in any friend-zone.

For the record, I do get female attention from both the sexy ones and the ugly ones--but guess who sees me for me? Thats right, the ugly ones.

You whine and dwell on the negative. You've made up your mind that you've already lost before you even approach a woman, which I doubt you do very often, if ever.

Sounds like a miserable life.

What would be the positive? That I will be a resident of the friendzone?

At 5'4", of course I have given up. Short guys are disgusting to desirable women. This is a fact, why should I delude myself into thinking otherwise. I do approach women, but you should see the look on their faces when I get near within ten feet of them, like a Gestapo conducting an inquiry.

Miserable life, yes, but I can focus on other things like art, reading, sports, working, etc. OP could do the same if he wants.

wowwwwwwww
She DOESN'T care how rich or buff the guy is? That's just stupid, and frankly, kinda even invalidates the whole point of girls liking height. Last I checked, it's manly when a man is tall, it makes the woman feel feminine because he LOOKS manly, and it's nice to look up at your man.
But what if your 5'8" boyfriend gets uppity in a bar and gets his ass kicked by 5'5" gym rat? How manly are you going to feel like he is then?
What if he's just tall and cocky and confident, but really just resting on his high school laurels, not actually that fit, nor successful monetarily because he's kinda lazy? How manly is that? Men should take charge, and have direction. Lacking that isn't very manly.

She's just being silly

miserable life? Just because you don't get DESIRABLE women? This, I don't get. Because really, all women are at least a little desirable. I badly want to screw pretty much every woman, so why do I care if she isn't super-pretty? As long as she assuages my lust, and cuddles with me and gives me company that I need, that's pretty good.

If you're anything like your internet persona in person then those women have multiple reasons to be disgusted by you. Being short is already an disadvantage, wallowing in self pity isn't going to help your case.

If popular short guys are friend-zoned, why are so many of them married? I've seen guys who are 5' or less with really attractive women. And why do women have to be "sexy"? What's wrong with "attractive"? Where do you get your ideas about women, anyway, porn magazines?

I don't see what is gained by this sort of complaint. You cannot change your height.
Here's just one of many posts about short guys who have been successful in love.
