Midwest will do that to a person. I would say she's about a 5/6 (average) in comparison to most of the women I encounter day-to-day. Most women in my area are proportionately built so it's harder to be considered super attractive, unless you have some feature which sets you apart.
To me, the Midwest is an upgrade. Maybe average guy should move to the South, where he would be above average.
And you take seriously posts like that blog---WHY, exactly, OP? There are women who prefer blond hair, women who don't like shaved heads, women who prefer tall and lanky, others who like smart and geeky, etc. etc. That doesn't mean that the dark-haired guys, the shaved-head guys, or the stocky or beefy guys aren't able to have relationships. You do understand that, right?

It's because you pay attention and live your lives based on what Shallow Sally wants instead of actually going outside and looking at society in the real world. You'll see all types of men with all types of women.
A good friend of mine is under 5' tall, and he is with a woman who is around 5'7". You think he gives a s--- about height.
Not one time did I hear him complain about his height.
THANK YOU, Jenkins! The guys here don't believe me when I say the guys I know who are 5' or under are popular with the ladies. It really makes these 5'4" whiners around here look bad, though.

It's ironic, the guys with the lowest "self esteem" always seem to think they deserve the most, just by existing, never once thinking their entitlement issues might be what's turning everyone off, not their height or their teeth or their ethnicity.
Trust me if she met a billionaire who was also under her height requirement she would jump at the chance to be with his money.
She sounds like someone you would not want to waste your time with anyway.

Prince is also short, successful and rich.
