To be fair, this guy is from Canada where the heightism is only a little bit less than the US. Here in America, the women wouldn't even be willing to talk to him whereas Canadian women might be interested if they find him funny.

Weird...one of my friends from back home got married this weekend to a guy who is 5'5...and she's 5'8. Guess all those pictures were just made up and she never actually married or even talked to him.
Oh, and he's not rich and not even particularly good looking... but they both seemed pretty happy in all the pictures.

That is due to them being in the same "league". I see plenty of short men getting married left and right to women of their level, and the guys are pretty ugly too. There is nothing special, interesting, or impressive about those marriages--and those examples shouldn't be used as short guys "winning" in the dating/marriage world. But if they venture out of their league, they'll find that they often face harsh rejection, like Cupid Shmupid, who is handled cautiously by the girls in his videos. However, talk of leagues and attempts by short guys of escaping them will spark a firestorm of criticism and relentless debate, in which short guys will ultimately be condemned for their daring attempts at escape.
This and the rest of his videos were shot in Toronto, which has a reputation for being the worst city for men to meet women in North America. I personally don't think Toronto deserves that bad rap at all, I don't think the women are any more unfriendly or unapproachable in Toronto than they are in any other big cosmopolitan city.

They really aren't in the same 'league'. She's a district manager for a large department store and makes quite a bit of money...he does body work at a local car place and never graduated High School. Looks wise, she's far more attractive than he is.

So, based on any knowledge that you may have, is it only a North American problem/difficulty/phenomenon? In other words, how would he fare in Europe (excluding the UK)? Say, Southern (Spain,Greece,Italy,Malta) and Eastern Europe + Russia?
^ I don't know, but black girls seem somewhat more receptive to his approach.
