My misunderstanding then. I though you were going to bars and asking where women go if they don't go there because of that. Bars are loud, annoying, and a waste of money and sometimes a meat market. You aren't missing much.
I got the impression in this thread that the ratio of men to women in bars is high, suggesting that fewer women than men go to bars, which prompted my question, where do women go if not to bars.

I went to a Huey Lewis Concert with a friend a few years ago (Saratoga, CA's Mountain Winery venue) and a woman sitting in front of us was knitting virtually the entire time. Maybe paused to clap a few times at most. Just cracked me up. Hilarious.
