I know most women don't like to be stared at but when a woman dresses in skin tight yoga pants and you can see the outline of the butt clearly and they then wear really revealing shirts that show alot of cleavage, then is it ok to stare at them?
I think it's the fact that a lot of yoga pants are so form fitted that basically they are painted on--you can see every curve and every line if you know what I mean--especially from behind (then there were the see-though ones). Of course, there are nice ones too, but that's not what the guys here are talking about (they are talking about the form fitted ones).
When I dress up I don't go for the "revealing" look (although I might wear something to tastefully show off my figure in some fashion). And I actually like being looked at... makes me feel good like I might be pretty or something. I feel even better if a man makes a nice comment (something you wouldn't mind your mother overhearing) or smiles. Being stared at is creepy though--don't stare (unless you have dark sunglasses on).
The only time it bothers me is when I am with a date and other men look at me. I had this happen to me recently when I went into a kind of hole in the wall restaurant (that had great food though). Some of the guys shooting pool watched me walk in with my date and and it caught my date's eye (he kind of "puffed up" a little). I just kind of feel uncomfortable in that situation for some reason. But it has more to do with me empathizing with my date more than being looked at.
That said, some women don't like it at all. I don't understand why because I don't think that way.

No. Staring is never acceptable. It is rude regardless of the situation or how someone is dressed.
How old are you?

Really. There are some hard-up, desperate men in this world. They need to get a hold of themselves and grow up. Certain rules of social etiquette should be well-ingrained well before puberty. Not staring is one of them.
Sure - I'll post some very recent pics! I'm sure a big, fat, pregnant woman in yoga pants is JUST what you want to see!!!
Hey, we don't know what you look like. I did promise not to stare. I thought that I was being polite.
