No, I meant what I said. The truth is the true Irish are brunette, not red-headed. They are the minority. My direct descendants are from Ireland. They are all brunettes.

Redheads might be the minority (as they are everywhere), but pale skin is definitely the norm in Ireland. I don't think any of these categories make one more or less "true" Irish. If you're from Ireland, you're Irish. If you're not, you're not.

You're welcome, I guess...but the Black Irish are not at all the majority of Irish, and certainly not more "true Irish" than anyone else. If anything, one could argue that the Spanish blood makes them less "true Irish" than their fair-skinned fair-haired countrymen.
I don't have any Spanish in my blood, but thanks for your input.
