OP, if you really don't want someone else taking your profile picture (I understand for some guys, it's hard to ask friends to take a picture of OLD), use the timer on that camera. I am 99% certain it has a timer function. Set it down someplace, frame a shot, set the timer and pop into the picture. It will look a lot better/less desperate than a selfie in the mirror.
You can get a reasonably priced camera tripod on Amazon.com...

Oh mercy! I really think after 23 years of being single (by choice) I need to start a school to teach guys like this a thing or two about how to get noticed by women. Cause buddy and I mean no offense, this is not it. This is almost as bad as guys who hold up fish photos or hunting photos.
Judging from the photo, I don't think you're a bad looking guy, but in that photo, you are making yourself look really bad. You look like you're about to toss the guitar down and run for the bathroom cause you feel diarrhea coming on.
You need style that exhibits confidence and not much else. Keep it simple. You need warm eyes. Women go for eyes, not a grimace that displays, "did he take acid"
You seem like you work out and are in decent shape, that's good. You face looks oily, could be the camera. You need a better background. The guitar is ok, and women dig guys into music, but background looks like grandmas basement.

I'll wax poetic about guitars with you. I do want a telecaster for sure, the telecaster is awesome for Jazz which I'm learning to play. But, but, but I want the Custom Shop Telecaster which costs about $4,200 maybe a little bit more I can't remember exactly. Now as for the 22nd fret issue, it's a single cut but so is the Telecaster; all single cuts have that problem.
I'd like to add that I did make an error when I wrote, "Telecaster". I meant to write Strat' but my brain did the wrong thing.
so, posing with dead animals does nothing for the ladies?
ugh...worse than fish photos. i do.not.understand people who pose with dead animals like that. i don't understand the thrill of hunting at all, so that's probably why i don't get it. poor deer.
