Then you'd be missing out on a very important aspect of your life, but that's your choice and loss.
Actually, it might be an important aspect of YOUR life, but that doesn't mean it is the same for others. There are plenty of people that really prefer to wait until marriage, and those people are perfectly happy doing so. It is quite possible to have a very full and happy life without premarital sex, believe it or not.

No, I wouldn't, considering that I will still have sex eventually even if I will wait until marriage and considering that I said that I am open to pre-marital sex if certain specific conditions are met.
Some years ago, my parents were visiting the house of one of my father's cousins. My mother was sitting at the dinner table with everyone in an animated lively discussion and said with passion and conviction to the table of people "I don't believe in sex before marriage!!!". My father then piped in "She doesn't believe in sex after marriage either."
I was told that everyone burst into laughter . . . even my mother (who told the story to me in the first place).
If it wasn't morally wrong and this whole "just a piece of paper from the government" were true, then they would legally bind everybody. The fact they hold back from legality must mean something.
Mod cut.

Sure, it means there are tons of bigots out there still. Not shocking.
I don't think sex before marriage is wrong. I do think that indiscriminate sex before marriage is wrong. Not because it's against the code of nomadic herdsmen 2500 years ago, but rather because of the emotional toll it takes. Contrary to what some people would rationalize, sex is as much an emotional act as it is a physical one, and one would have to be a borderline sociopath to simply have one one-night stand after another. That's why the Friends With Benefits thing is such a lie. Almost 100% of the time, someone gets emotionally invested after a few rolls in the hay. It's almost inescapable. In that sense, casual sex is simply using another person's body to masturbate. Heck, all you have to do is read your way through this forum. Lots of posts by people who had sex with the wrong person at the wrong time for the wrong reasons and are now paying the price.
What's more, like it or not, there are unintended consequences of sex, namely STDs and pregnancy. And even the most supposedly foolproof measures aren't 100%. So if you are going to scorch the sheets, you pretty much need to make sure that this is some person with whom you have a chance of a longer relationship. I've seen too many guys write child-support checks to women they scarcely knew for almost two decades to think otherwise.
I'd be screwed (no pun intended), since I don't believe in marriage. I guess by some standards, I should never have sex than...
