Davie you have a history of getting involved with women who are long distance. I understand this makes you feel safer but dating long distance just isn't working for you. FB comments should be taken with a grain of salt, that is not a relationship. I'm going to echo the other posters who are telling you to date locally.
Distance can work, but not in these circumstances. A long distance relationship that starts locally but someone moves away and plans to move back or is waiting for the other person to move also can work.. but when it starts out with distance and on top of that no real face to face contact it turns into a fantasy and the relationship advances way faster than it should.
There is a girl I met back in January, she lives in NY I'm in FL, at first we really hit it off right away, and I asked her out on valentines day and she said yes, then on spring break I flew up there to meet her and everything seemed perfect
After I got back, she said that she loved me but wasn't ready to be in a relationship yet, and that we moved too fast. (We had already talked about moving in together about a week after we met) to which I agreed that we did go too fast.
For a while though we continue texting each other every day or nearly every day, though I found myself initiating the conversation more and more, she still even called me "my love" or "babe" but more "my love"
She is finishing college this year, so I know she is been real busy but she seems to text me less & they are not the same flirty text messages we used to send one another.
Then this past Saturday I tried calling her and she completely ignored it, even though it said she was online on her Skype.
Then yesterday I posted on Facebook how I have an interview for a job promotion, and she was the first person to like the status and then comment "Good luck my love!" but other than that I have not heard from her.
Should I call her or text her?
Is she even into me still?
And idk if this matters but her about me section on Facebook still says "I'm taken by a wonderful man in Florida..." And goes on to say how our anniversary is Valentine's Day, & that "it is a blessing to call him mine"
I think you should stop contacting her. If she wants to contact you, she will.
I have stopped contacting her actually. The only "contact" I've had with her is the Facebook comment she left me yesterday wishing me luck in my job interview

Well, you asked whether you should text her or give up and I'm saying, give up and stick with the no contact.
Long distance can definitely work, but they have to be based on something.
I don't believe they can work out. I would never attempt it.
