No, I don't know any women would who admit to being with 100 dudes, nor would I want to know a women like that. And I don't think a 100 sex partners is the norm for women or men.

I don't think anyone is saying that it's "the norm" in a statistical sense for the general population. We're just saying that it's also not that outrageous or difficult to do for someone who is sexually active and single for couple of decades. It's not really anything to be either proud or ashamed of.

Of course. But it doesn't take "putting your mind to it" to avoid being in an exclusive relationship in one's teens and twenties, either. Quite the opposite for most.
