I love it when I have a crush. But, it happens so rarely...darn.
Have a way to have an anonymous crush, you know, how could he know? Can you meet as a group after work? For drinks or dinner? A couple of people, that way you could safely find out more about him without him knowing you're interested? Yet.
I already know a fair amount about him from talking at work. That's part of the reason I like him.

What do you mean by polish my resume?

Happy birthday! I always had my own rule that I would never date anyone I worked with. Good luck with your crush.

Happy birthday.

I've dated a few men from work. Not a big deal unless you make it one. I wouldn't let anyone dictate who I can fall in love with.

I'm not one who advocates dating co-workers, especially when there's a policy about dating. I wouldn't do it.

Well, that's a sucky policy. Happy Birthday, my fellow Cancerian!

Why do women hate catching feels for someone? And how come it only happens gradually and not instantly?
