When you are in bed with a partner, do you worry about stuff? (PG-13)

I don't worry about any of that during the fact. Sometimes afterward I worry about how I look while walking to the bathroom, but I figure they already wanted to be with me and saw everything they needed to see, so who cares?

No, I don't.

If you didn't pay for them then you can assume they're there by choice and are happy to be with you so no need to worry.
If you did pay for them then it really doesn't matter what they think so again, no need to worry.

No, for some reason all my insecurities and inhibitions (as well as my sense of time) seem to just float away and disappear when I am engaged in sex.

I am sometimes a bit shocked afterwards at how ethereal and "other-worldly" the experience was.

If it is nice sex, than yeah, this. I feel on top of the world, for lack of a better world, like I'm a stud and things can't get better.
