I just want to know if this sounds okay, or if I need to add anything or leave anything out. I'm trying not to be picky or have unrealistic expectations. I didn't want to sound negative or put any obvious traits like honesty. This is what I wrote:
I'm looking for a man who is sure of what he wants in life, in a woman, and in a relationship. I want a guy who is ready to be in a relationship and wants a long term relationship and who eventually wants to get married one day. I like a guy with a big heart, who has a great sense of humor, who can keep his word and knows that actions speak louder than words, takes initiative, listens, believes in God, and is humble.

I shortened it a bit by removing a repetitive phrase. You left out the part about your willingness to go white-water rafting and skydiving, but other than that, I think it's fine. Short and sweet.
So you want a catholic man, whom has his stuff together plus a job, can laugh at life, and a gogetter, wants a future with you and has the resume to prove it, yet is sweet as pie?

Hi, I think it sounds fine. You might add something about what your interests are, but I think what you wrote sounds very realistic, and it also sounds like you know what you are looking for in a potential partner. Good luck to you.
Sounds OK to me... I'm not religious, but I get that a lot of people are, I don't think that your expectations are out of line.
Some of the BS I read here by women posting their requirements is completely laughable.......
Speaking of laughable....
My daughter does OLD and has tried a little of this, a little of that, but always gets the most responses when her profile is mostly sarcastic humor of some sort. I'm not saying she will find TRUE LOVE that way but she has met several fun guys who appreciate her brand of crazy and she claims it's more "organic" to get to know someone AFTER meeting them in person because nobody can really be summed up in a paragraph. Plus it takes a lot of pressure off.
Forgot to mention you love the beach and no drama LOL ( I've seen this on a lot of profiles )
