If he's working full time, not doing drugs, not looking for a Sugar Momma or mommy substitute and not pissing away his free time playing video games, he doesn't sound too bad.
I would just be careful, especially with your finances. Don't co-sign on anything, loan him money or use your credit to help him out because he doesn't have any.
