I'm dating a guy who is 29 years old. I worked the night shift last night 11pm to 7am. He went out with his friends for dinner and drinks. He texted me during the night since he knows I will check it during work. He texted me with a photo of the food they were eating. He then texted me that they're going drinking. He also texted me when he got home saying he got home safe. He then texts me saying, "Thank you Crystal. You saved my life. You helped me be mentally strong tonight."
I asked him what he meant by that.
He answers, "The thought of you made me think I can take on the world tonight."
What does he exactly mean? Does it mean he was thinking about me? or was he saying he was tempted by other girls but remained strong because of me?
He went out for drinks. He sent a bunch of pics and a cryptic text. He may have had a few too many and was drunk texting. Not necessarily a bad thing for him. I think most of us have drunk texted at least once or twice. Don't read into too deeply, OP.
If other women were catching his eye, you wouldn't have got the play by play texts of the evening. He was just saying you put him in a really good mood and he enjoyed his night because of it.
Why do people have to over-analyze the heck out of everything..... maybe he had a couple of cocktails and was feeling froggy and wanted to text you a few times......

He thought of you while touching himself, I think.
Probably did.
You made him feel good and giddy.
