You're going to continue to have issues then.

These girls are too young for you. So stop chasing after them and find someone older...doesn't have to be exactly your age if that is not what you are attracted to but jeez...you're trying to form relationships with girls who are still trying to figure out who they are themselves.

And lots of TEENAGERS are self centered. Lots. And since that is who you are going after, that is who you are going to GET.

The OP has yet to explain who these teens are that are bragging about their career and accomplishments.

When you are writing fiction, you must keep the plot consistent.

Another problem is he got way to early of a start calling out bitter old women hating on his dating young girls, as those were mainly guys talking to him. Newbie mistakes.
