Hi, I am 25 female, don't have any sexual experience in the 25 years of my life( kissed twice only) never had a relationship (casual or serious). Recently I started to date men. I feel so turned on and so excited after hugging them tightly,holding hands and feel so aroused after kissing and making out with them. One night after my date hugged me tightly and kissed me I was sooo excited that I couldn't fall asleep the whole night! I was always thinking about how gentle and loving his touch was and I wanted to have sex with him sooo badly.
I feel that the constant thinking of sex distracts me from my work and I couldn't work as efficiently as before. It has already been 3 weeks and I am still infatuated in thinking about those stuff.
My question is how long does it take for the excitement to fade? What can I do to make the adjustment phase shorter? When can I become normal again? I really don't want to affect my job
