Infatuation can't last long before the bubble bursts...when you find out they're not "perfect" you don't have enough real feelings for them to get past that - it's all based on superficial things.

If you can answer yes, and explain why, it's love. If you blow off the question, or more importantly resent the question, it's just infatuation (and a good reason to bail).
Infatuation is a fleeting, temporary feeling that is involuntary. Love is a verb, as the saying goes. It is a decision you make to love someone even after infatuation fades.
Infatuation is when you think they can do no wrong.
Love is when you see the wrong but love them anyways.
