OK, so I found out a few more things about this situation and I'm ever so thankful I didn't make that date. Turns out that the first man who asked me out spent 5 years in prison for embezzling company funds and that explains why he works two jobs now and one of them is at Sam's Club. Nowadays he takes women out for dates and tries to talk them into "investing" their life savings in his company. I would have been hell fire mad if I'd gone on that date and he tried that one on me!
His brother, the second one who asked me out, is in kahoots with him and started the dance school so they could both meet a lot of women. They are both handsome men and social so it's easy for either of them to get dates.
This whole situation explains so much of what was bothering me about this, like why date #1 is supposedly an investment genius but works at Sam's, and why date #2 is such a bad dancer but started a dance school. Stay tuned for more installments as I learn them. LOL, friends keep telling me I should write a book.
