Dude!!! You better get started!!! Most people go to 3,000 events in one day.
But really, in my experience, it does make a difference where you are. I don't know. This is a tricky one to figure out and in the end, everyone has their own journey to walk. I personally like this topic, it always fascinates me.
BTW, I used to play Killer Instinct a lot growing up. I was a little too caught up in them video games which kinda got in the way of my socializing.
I'd probably do a literal double take if a woman ever gave me that much of a hint. I think a lot of them give a slight smirk and act as if it's akin to the obviousness of throwing their panties at someone.
In most cases it seems she'll just look in your general direction, unclimatically, then get irritated that you didn't notice her sledgehammer to the face obvious hint....
