Sorry, I didn't phrase that right I guess. Before we met in person, we had talked on the phone and then, she was chatty. When I met her in person, she was immediately barely talkative.
Do you look very different from your pictures? Or would there be something else that shocked her into suddenly falling silent out of nowhere?
I would think of that were so, she wouldn't have been chatty and so on beforehand. She'd have just tried to get quickly to the date.
The thing is, with the poster in question, this is a repeat thing. He starts talking with a woman, she suddenly shuts him down with something ridiculous or insane or in this case she "just wants free food" (apparently he's dating in Biafra?). But until TT looks into what his part must be in such weird things continuously happening - but always ends in the woman crawling to get away or otherwise acting in such a way that ensures he will never ask her out again - then he'll never have a relationship.
It is a simple enough thing, usually, to just say "I don't think we're compatible," so it seems like these women must be incredibly uncomfortable somehow. If it were just once, heck, even a couple different women, well, sure, there are strange people out there, but when it's a pattern, it's time to look within, IMO.
In modern terms, just say you have an interface incompatibility and that your Plug 'n Play driver requires a manufacturer update. If your date is a techie/nerd s/he will totally understand.
Tell your date the RFC has not yet been adopted as an Internet standard.

Or just say, "Buh bye!"
She was a former, foreign mail-order bride (Vietnamese nail tech). Only married 3 years, so...thusly, a green card marriage. So obviously a user. Hell, she was demanding to see the health code record on the restaurant we went to.

I'm thinking she was just very shy or something. Don't know what came over her, she was that way when she walked in the door. Most women that I meet in person give me a "Hello hug".
2 of my pictures on the dating site were recently taken before we met.

One of my favorite dates is a Vietnamese woman who owns a nail parlor. I really like her but there is no way in hell I'm getting married to her or anybody. For the record, she is either a permanent resident or dual citizenship. She doesn't need me to stay in US any more than a fish needs a bicycle.
