Well, women would be the ones directly making their own choices, instead of having to hold back for fear of appearing too aggressive. Men would have to sit there and wait and just hope and try to hint around a lot, and ultimately get approached directly by many, many women who turned them off, while the really cute girls walked on by. The guy could wait months of even years for an actually attractive, not an older, fat, leering woman to ask him out while his family and friends said, "But why don't you just give her a chance? She might be really great on the inside." And, "You aren't getting any younger. Are you waiting for some Disney princess to show up?"
We could try it. OR, we could do what things are turning into now: it is becoming much more mutual, and yes, women do ask men out, we just tend to be less aggressive and obvious about it. I never had any complaints.
Haha, so men would develop standards that exceed their own attractiveness and become entitled to something better than they can actually attract? Nice.

No, people already have standards that exceed their expectations. It happens. It's just that right now, guys approach the beautiful girls anyway, and once in a while, get a date with one (we've all seen this). In this hypothetical world, men would never have that chance.
No no no! The OP specifically said 100% of men, no exceptions.
Yes. In this hypothetical world, ALL men would have to take what they could get, out of a limited pool that would frequently include women that are entirely unattractive to them, since women, the aggressors, would feel entitled to approach any guy we pleased. The guys are sitting there helpless, they can't approach, they better be grateful.

Not me, I’d rather have a dry for life than date an ugly woman. I’m used to dry the rest of my existence with it is no big deal to me.
I only message men who interest me on OLD, it works for me. So this is a very good idea. I have no problem asking a man to go somewhere with me, call it a date if you like.
Great. I wouldn't have the hostile stalker messaging me right now.
Don't you understand that this is already how it is for some women when we direct our own dating experience? We go out when we feel like it, and pick someone.
