Should I anonymously tell the girlfriend about the guy's cheating or just let nature take its course?
Let nature take its course.
You may wind up losing all the friends over the issue if you get involved. Getting involved only complicates things. If your friend wasnt having fun being the cheat girl, she would have stopped once she found out her role. Your friend has no commitment, no responibility this way. Sometimes people like that angle.

Because the friends are reluctant to be the ones to have to tell.
IMO, I think most people DO get caught. Most people aren't capable of being so smooth about lying. They act different toward their girlfriends/boyfriends/mates, etc.
But that said, there are plenty of people who very slick and smooth about their lying and cheating ways...because they don't feel guilt about it.
and the ones who tell their suspicious partners that they need help and imaginging things..
I don't cheat anyone because I don't have any girlfriend, end of story.
Most (happy) guys don’t cheat. I think the thread is about whether cheaters get caught or not, or whether OP should tell about some guy she has been ‘studying’.
