Ladies, why would you reply sometimes but not reply at others? (woman, family)

I've been talking with a woman who has moved to a different country and she would reply sometimes, even ask questions but not reply at other times or takes a long time to reply. What could be the reasons?

She is busy or perhaps she doesn't want to reply to some of you txt messages. Some messages are just acknowledged. Maybe you're sending too many of them.
People work and have life - maybe her life doesn't revolve around the phone or your messages.

some woman are like cats.....you need to be careful on the approach...and she , if interested ….will come to you ..

She is not that interested in you but still feels good to have somebody around admiring her, so she replies sometimes.
