I like shy, awkward effeminate men. I often wonder where they're all hiding. I know such men are often shamed for failing to live up to the masculine stereotype, but I find it attractive. They're just impossible to find on dating sites.
Its not "manly" to go around broadcasting that you're not "manly". I doubt someone would write it in their dating profile, you just have to keep meeting ones and taking them to sad movies.

As mentioned define it a little better and from a guys point of view if you're doing the OLD thing figure out a way to get that sort of idea or description across without saying it directly.
I think even effeminate men still have a sense of "masculinity" about themselves on some level.
In other words work at a way to reel them in without offending them. Maybe use words like "mellow" and "laid back" or even saying things like not looking for the meathead jock types etc etc.
