Maybe she isn't used to drinking and found herself really feeling the drinks. I know I wouldn't be driving after two drinks. I'd be feeling them. That she would drive while intoxicated is a red flag.
She didn't text you to tell you she wasn't going to make it. You had to text her first. Another red flag, then again if she's not used to alcohol, forgiveable.
If she's interested I would think along with her final text that she would have suggested buying you lunch or at least coffee , as well as apologizing profusely, to make it up to you.
No, I would leave her alone, she knew what she was going to do that night. She could have handled that situation much better than that, think a little more highly of yourself.
Maybe something is wrong with me, but OP why are you interested in the girl who drives home drunk then passes out? Like why? And if her story is a lie; why are you interested? My wife and I both drive Kia's (2018 Sorento and a 2022 K5). Even though car thieves do target these vehicles; I have to wonder what type of areas are people who have been targeted hanging out in? Most vehicle theft takes place in high crime areas.
So if this woman is telling the truth; she is a drunk driver who has a vehicle that is often parked in a high crime area. Nothing about her sounds appetizing so far.

In this woman’s defense, if I was going out on a first date with a guy I didn’t know, I would drive myself to the second location as well. I would worry about getting stranded there if I let him drive, and also would hesitate to get into a car at night with a relative stranger.
My take is that she had a good time but had had enough and didn't have the maturity and confidence to have communicated that fact. So she pretended like she wasn’t “hearing” you, then after she’d slept and recharged, had regrets about her handling of the situation. Hence the “you didn't do anything wrong” comment.
Two alcoholic drinks in two hours would not put her over the driving limit here (would in Dubai!) and would not be anywhere near the amount to cause someone to pass out.
She is making excuses and obviously does not want to meet up again.
In my day (when I was alive, as my kids would say) we would meet up like that and then hold our breath to see if the landline (attached to a wall) rang with another invitation. If not, that was pretty much it.
