I don't see why a woman would fake it. My male ego isn't so fragile as to fall apart because a woman doesn't have an O. Mrs Chowhound let's me know explicitly when things aren't up to snuff.
I read somewhere, not sure where, but that some huge percentage of females can't have an O through just intercourse alone. I'm not sure of the percent but I remember thinking it was pretty large.

I think it's 73%.
...but 93% of that 73% CAN have an O if you give them your Gold card.

No faking it, but I do sometimes pull the "overly sexually excited" act to get him really going...it totally works! Then no faking is necessary......and we both get what we want
