We went to this nice steak house one time and had steak and they served some mushroom that was cooked in some kind of red wine sauce. Been trying to replicate it for a couple of years now and still haven't got it down as good as they made them.

I have a friend who uses this site to replicate many famous restaurant meals.
I remember seeing some website with restaurants recipes a few years ago, but I think it was another one... Thanks. I might take a look should I get inspired... which doesn't happen that often... Particularly after all this pigging out now I better get inspired by raw veggies real soon if I don't wanna look for new wardrobe!
