I would try Toronto if I were you. There are all these uber hot 19-37 year old single women from varying cultures. The men they hang around usually aren't up to par so competition isn't as feirce as in say LA.

Pictures from the 'this is london' aren't really a perfect example, the girls are good looking though! lol.

Toronto is cold in the winter, really cold.
