A passive aggressive person does annoying things that leave YOU feeling angry. They don't deal with issues directly, but act out in ways that leave you puzzled and irritated. Yes, I've known PA people, but I try to avoid them. The only way to deal with a PA is to out passive them. Don't try and argue because you'll look like the dimwit. Their favorite line is, "I could never make her happy. Nothing was ever enough for her...."

My thoughts exactly! It is hard to deal with these types, maybe harder than dealing with an aggressive person, because they are very sneaky.
Passive aggressive men need to grow a pair. This used to be the domain of women. Now, it's fair game for men, too. It is unattractive, cowardly, woosy behavior. Men who behave this way never get the girl..........they get the guy in a woman's body and then they complain and complain about their "dominating" wife. Poor, poor guy with the little boy pout. Maybe if you put your big boy pants on and go get a lollipop things would be alllllll better......
Everyone has met a Passive Agressive person. They're called women.
My boyfriend is very passive aggressive and yes it gets deep under my skin. He doesn’t like to fight or deal with any drama (as he sees it) so he just shuts right down. It drives me bonkers that he won’t talk to me. Sometimes, honestly, I’d rather him just yell at me instead of pretending I’m not there.
As woof said, “A passive aggressive person does annoying things that leave YOU feeling angry. They don't deal with issues directly, but act out in ways that leave you puzzled and irritated”. He wont deal with it directly but once we have “made up” he will joke and torture and punish me with snarky little remarks. If I take it seriously he then gets mad again.
Maybe he shuts down because you are overbearing and pushy? I know a lot of women who are very insensitive and argumentative. I've stood up for myself many times and women just want to argue about it instead of empathize and find win-win solutions. Do you do that ?

Haha not even close. I hate conflict just as much as he does, but I know that if I don’t speak up it will never get sorted out. I am always the one who apologises to end the fight, even if I think I’m in the right. Beats him spending the next 2 days ignoring me.
It drives me mad how a man can be as pushy and overbearing as he likes, but if a woman does it she is a whiny biatch.
