I think that is a horrible idea. There would be too much pressure to join into such a binding contract. Which is very expensive to get out of.
Now if this site was less about emotion and more about cold hard facts. Then I think two mature adults could go for it. Sort of an arranged marriage site for strangers. You both would put your "stats", your family history, your core believes. You both agree you would like to get married in a certain time period and whether or not you desire kids. Then you enter into a legal pre-nup agreement about your relationship.
Eventually you might even fall in love but you would be with a truly compatible partner.
I did online dating for years and was contacted by a lot of complete losers, like illiterates, men with kids (especially men with baby mamas, no thanks, yuck), much older men and men looking for sex (including several married men). Finding a religious guy who has no kids and hasn't been married (or married but eligible to marry in church)was finding a needle in a haystack because most of the men on dating sites are trashy. I met some decent men from the site but no connections unfortunately.

my experience is very opposite. i work for Microsoft as a manager and it is impossible to find a woman who wants to settle down, all of the women i met want sex. i have gone on meetups and with my colleagues here and surprisingly and shockingly that all men i met had the same experience, i thought initially it is me. i never smoked, drugs, drink but still no luck in finding any woman. i am very fit, good looking and with a great career and there are hundreds of men like that out there. i met 6 women so far asking me verbally to be their sugar daddy or a woman who just want one night stand. i wish man and women are equal in this country so i get some of the rights and freedom that women have.
I have a friend who joined Christian Mingle. She said, "there are no christians on Christian Mingle." I am sure that there are some serious relationship seeking men on the site. She hasn't met one yet. The site is probably like all of the other sites in that one has to experience some negatives to find the right match.

I never did Christian Mingle but another religious site and got a few perverts. It seemed many of the men were looking at casual flings then finding someone. The religious site was also the worst one for finding men seeking considerably younger than themselves.
