They're good entertainment and a hilarious way of passing time- I'd never respond to one. I was just curious if anyone else has, and wanted to hear their juicy, scandalous, intense, hot and wild story. That's why I originally wrote, "Just for kicks" ... Wow, alot you of guys are so judgemental! its surprising. I thought the world was so much more open minded. Yea i'll agree craigslist has A LOT of smutt on it. (which i enjoy he he) but I've also met three people who turned out to be really good guys. (although i never had sex with them so i dont know if they had herpies, hep aids etc.) and it doesnt matter what site you're on you always have a chance of getting hurt. Someone in CO went to go buy a kennel from the for sale section and was robbed and left in nothing but his underwear somewhere out east! BUt i know for a fact that people on CD have met. whats the difference? or E harmony? or going out with the cute guy at the gym. just cause he works out regularly doesnt mean he's not into tying women up.. Its easy to lie anywhereits a chance you take with leaving your house in the morning.

No, it's not. We were only talking about the personal ads being bad news.
CL is so sad really (but for some reason I can't look away), its nothing but unattractive people hoping attractive people will want to have sex because its being advertised or its people preying on these sad people's loneliness and getting them to sign up to websites and whatnot. I can't say Ive browsed the guys side but if the women's is any measure of what its like then I would assume its all a bunch of fat guys and dating site spam. My favorite are the ones that are like "I'm a 21 year old lonely college student, blonde, blue eyed, 36 dd and love any kind of man, I just need to get laid right now!!" Cmon people, if it sounds to good to be true, odds are it is.

Hmmmm. Well from a different point of view; women who I guess would be called high maintenance tend to enjoy finer things. That's not to say they don't like a chili dog and a softball game. You do have to be able to afford surf and turf at some point. SO yeah maybe you get what you pay for.

I haven't read those but when I lived in Chicago I read "The Reader" personals with my buddies for laughs. There were 5 categories:

Suffice to say, the "Other" category was chock-full of jaw dropping things like Hermaphrodite seeking participants for group bondage orgies....and other crazy things.
