This thread reminds me of a long time ago, I had just started working at my first "real" job. I was working with a group of people and one of them was a female. To call her a golddiger was an understatement.
She was just absolutely horrible about it, she was go out with guys and then sit around the office and talk about how much crap she could try to get out of them.
So we'd listen to her stories and just shake our heads and she wouldn't be phased by our comments at all.
One time after hearing about it over and over I finally said to her WTF is wrong with you, you keep acting like that and you're gonna wind up as a lonely and bitter old woman.
Don't know if it had much impact on her or not.
I changed jobs within the company and she got laid off eventually.
