before you die what would you most want to do or say?

I'd have a few of my close friends and loved ones gather around me, and I would ask them to do their damnedest to keep me alive.

I have a couple of things I'd clear the air on. Other than that, I would spend as much time as I could with those I love. I would give away my posessions to avoid any bickering after my death. I would write letters to my daughters to be read at important events in their lives like graduations, marriages, births and birthdays and I would buy/make gifts to be given at those times. I would make videos of myself discussing things I'd want my daughters to know to give to them. If I had the time, I'd knit both of my daughters an afghan or something so they'd have something made by me (the baby blankets I made for them are packed away in their baby boxes). I'd write down family recipes so they have them. Finally, I'd hope to have my family around when I pass.

Just wanted to add, if I had not already done so, I would write down the story of my children's lives. Because my mom died young and I wished I knew more details of my early childhood, I started journals for my girls when I found out I was pregnant with them that cover about the first 7 years of their lives. Those are to be given to them at their own baby showers if I die.
