Tell him to refer to YOU and not any of your body parts. Me personally, I just think its kind of disgusting to refer specifically to anyone's body parts by a name or otherwise. Just sounds kinda low class to me.
I always hated when women would refer to my "body parts" with names and always asked them not to do so. Just doesn't sound nice. They would use names for a "certain part" of my anatomy like "Sasquatch", "Thicky", "Miles Long", "Filler", "Paper Towel Roll with Pumpkin on top", etc. Id rather them not pay so much attention to my body but more to me and my mind.

I asked him if he would call them "the girls" or "the twins" because it seemed so odd and feels wrong when he calls them "the boys." But he insists they are "the boys" and continues to call them that. I just don't understand it. Is this odd or is it just me? Appreciate your input!!
Maybe he watched "The Gov" on Blazing Saddles a bit too much!
I can imagine her calling it "My Girl" and he smiles and gets cute.
