So, your priorities are set. Most people, myself included, don't really enjoy phone calls at that hour. Take it or leave it, but it's a fact.

I hate doing laundry so I like to get it out the way before I do something I like, such as talking on the phone

Then do it earlier. Figure it out. This is not rocket science.

Most people like to be done with their day by 11pm. I rarely go to bed before midnight, but no way would I want someone calling me at 11pm. Many people I know won't even answer the phone that late.

If its a call after 9 PM... It is one of my night owl friends or work. Most of the time its work.

I wouldn't take this personally. At least, not yet. The late hours are probably her "down time". It may be her time to read, watch TV, do whatever she does without having to share those hours with another person.

You'll know soon enough if that's the case.

I don't mean this in a nasty way but I think you sometimes read more into things then you should and then other times like with the Facebook conversation, the entire meaning is right out in the open and you miss it completely.

You need to relax.
